Please note that all orders that do not provide proper billing information, shipping to a different address or person other than the billing information will be held for card holder verification. The credit card holder will receive a phone call or email requesting response.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted for UNOPENED merchandise, except for personalized(invites, banners, cd's etc), items and edible products. Returns must be received back within 30 days from your receipt of the package. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your party supply purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you. All shipping costs will be at customers expense, including return shipping costs.

Please include your name and order number and reason for the return.



We make every effort to ship orders within one to two business days.

Ground shipping including priority and standard shipping may ship either through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx

Please report all discrepancies within 10 days of receipt.
