Please note that all orders that do not provide proper billing information, shipping to a different address or person other than the billing information will be held for card holder verification. The credit card holder will receive a phone call or email requesting response.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted for UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your party purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, We will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less the shipping charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge.



Please include your name and order number and reason for the return.

Items are normally shipped within one to two business days.

Ground Shipping means up to 2 lbs orders will ship Priority or First Class, and over 2 lbs will go FEDEX Ground.

Please report all discrepancies within 10 days of receipt
